Leeds Young Film Festival 2016 – Full Line-up Revealed!

 

The full Leeds Young Film Festival 2016 (LYFF16) programme has been revealed, offering you an Easter full of films, workshops and activities for all the family! Click here to see everything that’s happening between 24-31 March 2016, all at exceptional prices.

We are very excited to launch the first ever Animation Central at Carriageworks Theatre over Easter weekend (25-28 March), supported using public funding by Arts Council England. We’re bringing you four days of animation, workshops, masterclasses and film fun from artists behind Clangers, Bob the Builderâ„¢, Peppa Pig, and Mr Bean.

The Hyde Park Picture House, Leeds’ beloved Edwardian cinema, will again be host to a week of the best new and classic film for young people, with films from 60 different countries, and for all ages.

You’ll be astonished to see what we’ve got coming to Leeds Town Hall too, as we bring Star Wars – Episode VII: The Force Awakens and a special preview of Disney’s Zootropolis to its magnificent big screen!

Leeds Young Film Festival is brought to you with the support of the BFI Film Festival Fund, awarding funds from The National Lottery.
